We work with multiple carriers (Canada Post, Purolator Ground/Express, and Federal Express) to get your orders to you as soon as we can. If you have any specific requests for one carrier, please inform our staff during checkout to leave a note. Exact delivery charges will be calculated during check out when address is acquired. All orders are processed within 1-3 business day and delivery usually occurs within 5-6 business from the day the order is shipped. Dependent on your location, extra time may be taken in order for items to arrive so please take patience! If there happens to be a delay or particular items are back-ordered, costumers will be notified and given the choice to receive their goods together or separately.
In the case of a refund, please take note that all costumers will be fully refunded minus their shipping fees. This is a necessary procedure due to the differing delivery charges that we take into consideration; whether you live in a remote location where access is difficult and the items in the order.
